Individual Personal Training

Individual personal training sessions are one-on-one sessions between you and your personal trainer. These 60-minute sessions include a workout tailored to your abilities and goals, as well as discussions about sleep, stress management, and nutrition as they relate to your long-term health and fitness goals. These sessions are offered as individual sessions and as monthly membership packages.

 

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is offered in a 60-minute session either virtually or in-person. It includes in-depth education and a discussion between you and your Nutrition Coach about your current nutrition and how it relates to your health and fitness goals. You will work with your coach during the session to learn more about nutrition and develop action plans to help you develop sustainable changes to your daily nutrition to meet your goals.

Buddy Personal Training

Buddy personal training includes the same aspects of individual training, but in a session that is with you, a friend, and your personal trainer. These 60-minute sessions include a workout tailored to both of your abilities and goals, as well as discussions about sleep, stress management, and nutrition as they relate to your long-term health and fitness goals. These sessions are offered as individual sessions and as monthly membership packages.

Remote Personal Training

Remote training is individualized programming and workouts for you to complete on your own. It is offered through an app called TrueCoach. You will meet with your personal trainer virtually to discuss your health and fitness goals and complete movement assessments. Virtual monthly check-ins are offered to adjust and direct the programming as necessary.

 

Health Coaching

Health coaching is offered in a 60-minute session either virtually or in-person. It includes a discussion of your health and fitness goals, and in-depth education and coaching to help the you devise an action plan to reach your goals. These sessions are client-focused and use proven behavioral change coaching methods to put you in control of your health and fitness to improve adherence and success with your plan. These sessions are offered as individual sessions and as multi-session packages.

Training Add-Ons

Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training sessions are offered as an add-on service to clients who already see a personal trainer at Longevity Lancaster as an individual or buddy at least once per week. These 60-minute sessions bring together clients with similar health and fitness goals and abilities for a group workout coached by the personal trainer.

QuickCoach Programming

QuickCoach programming is offered to clients who meet with the personal trainer at least once a week in a 60-minute session and wish to have additional workouts to complete on their own. The additional workouts will follow the client-centered programming plan developed in partnership with the personal trainer and includes accountability for the workouts as well as nutrition.
